 Find the best way to receive your order

 At checkout, when you have entered the full shipping address, you will be presented with a list of shipping options and rates. You can choose the one you prefer according to the estimated transit speed indicated, the type of carrier and the price that best suits you.

 For PO boxes in Canada, it is mandatory to choose the Canada Post service.

 A confirmation email along with a tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities.

 Signature

A signature is required for all deliveries. If no one is present, your package will be forwarded to the closest chosen courier service point. A delivery slip will be left on your doorstep or community mailbox.

  • Additional delivery time and exception: Some products (custom fragrances, bulk and special-order items) may have an additional delivery time of 2 – 6 weeks. Refer to the longer processing time on the product page.

Missing packages

A missing or stolen package will not be replaced immediately. An investigation must be opened with the carrier concerned. The usual delay is 10 to 30 working days in order to receive the result of the investigation. To receive the items more quickly, it is possible to place a new order or make a purchase in store while waiting for the end of the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, we will be able to replace the order or offer a refund, if applicable. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, it is strongly recommended that you contact your local authorities to report it. Usually, you will be given an event number after you have made a proper report. This greatly speeds up the investigation process by the courier.

Damaged packages

Please contact us immediately if you received a damaged package. Do not throw the package before having received our authorization, because the courier services sometimes ask to be able to inspect it. They can also request photos for damage assessment.
