Official Rules - Lash & Brow Serum DIY Kit Weekly Giveaway

By entering this Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by Dallarelli International Ltd, operating as SecretsID Beauty Expert (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada and the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry.
Excluded regions: Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, all U.S. Territories (including Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Île d’Anticosti, Île Verte, and any other remote or island locations in Canada or the U.S. accessible only by boat or air. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude additional remote or high-cost shipping regions at its reasonable discretion.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway runs continuously, with one (1) winner selected each week.
Eligible entries received before Sunday 7:59 p.m. EST (Toronto - NY) will be included in that week’s draw.
Entries received after that time will be entered into the following week’s draw.

4. How to Enter

Complete the Giveaway entry form at the official Giveaway page, including your name, email address, and confirmation that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. Only one (1) entry per person per week.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

Each weekly winner will receive one (1) Lash & Brow Serum DIY Kit (Approximate Retail Value: $179.95 USD).

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
No substitutions, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Free shipping is included to eligible regions as defined above.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor each Sunday at 8:00 p.m. EST (Toronto - NY) from all eligible entries received that week.
Winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days. Add “contact@secretsid.com” to your safe sender list / whitelist to ensure delivery of the winner notification.
Winners must respond within five (5) business days or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any prize.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
