Sized specifically for the 38/400 neck on our bulk gallon jugs of lash shampoo, massage gel and cleanser. Keep a spare in the back room, because the one you have will eventually clog or walk off.

How to open it, because this trips everyone up the first time
There are two ribbed rings. Hold the smaller, boldly ribbed ring above the large fine-ribbed one. If you grab the large ring, which is the closure threaded onto the bottle, the mechanism will not engage and you will decide the pump is broken. It is not.
With your other hand, turn the pump in the direction of the arrow engraved on top. It pops up to its full 15 3/4 in (43 cm). Prime it with several presses until liquid reaches the top.
