My favorite nail polish brand, O.P.I, will launch their new summer 2013 collection next month: Bond Girls, featuring six new Liquid Sand nail lacquers. The Liquid Sand line has a textured, matte finish infused with reflective sparkle (exactly like real beach sand!) fitting the allure surrounding the Bond Girls. In hues of white, pink, blue, gold and coral, the Bond Girls collection offerts a range of shimmering shades with the unique Liquid Sand finish, perfect for the summer!
Following the success of the holiday collection inspired by the latest James Bond Film, Skyfall, O.P.I has decided to continue the 50th James Bond anniversary celebration by creating colors for the women who’ve captured Bond’s attention over the last five decades!
The six shades are named after some of the most iconic Bond girls: Solitaire, Pussy Galore, Tiffany Case, Vesper, Honey Ryder and Jinx.
-Solitaire: a diamond-sparkling white that is totally engaging.
-Pussy Galore: a light feminine pink that has the purrfect amount of shimmer.
-Tiffany Case: a nice light ocean blue that worths investigating.
-Vesper: a mysterious and intriguing deep purple.
-Honey Ryder: a pure gold. Take a ryde on the wild side in this shimmery gold!
-Jinx: a mesmerizing matte coral that has lucky sparkle.
All these very summery shades should be worn without top coat (like any Liquid Sand nail lacquers) to enhance the pebbled, matte finish.
The Bond Girls collection by OPI will be available beginning May 2013 at Professional Salons and Spas for $10.95 CAD each.
