I’m a loose powder addict!
I think loose powder is an essential step in the beauty routine for a perfect complexion. It helps foundation to stay all day and absorbs excess of sebum.
There are a lot of different loose powder on the market. Some are so thick and powdery, that your complexion looks caky and fake. It is important to choose a good loose powder.
As a makeup artist and big user of loose powder, my criteria are: a natural, luminous, flawless and invisible finish, a soft and lightweight texture that leaves the skin silky smooth as well as a formula that doesn’t dry the skin while it mattifies at the same time.
Here are my 3 favorite ones.
1. Flawless

Why I like it: It’s not a powder, it’s a foundation, so it has a higher coverage than a regular powder, but a more natural finish than a powder foundation. I love the luminous finish. It gives a healthy glow! I don’t suggest it with a thick liquid foundation, but with a BB Cream, a light liquid foundation or just concealer, it’s perfect! This powder is pretty expansive, but the result is so flawless that it’s worth the price.
2. Unnoticeable

Details: A universal translucent finishing powder. It sets the foundation and slightly mattifies skin without changing its natural contours. Why I like it: This is the finest powder on the market. 100% invisible! Completely translucent, it doesn’t change your foundation color. Perfect for all skin types, it’s amazing on combination or oily skin because silica is the best ingredient to absorb excess of sebum.
