How to use it
Fill a self-foaming pump bottle straight from the refill, or stretch it twice as far by mixing 1 part shampoo with 1 part distilled water. Pump the foam onto wet, closed eyes across lashes and lids, dab gently from root to tip, then rinse with clean water. Doubles as a brow cleanser and a gentle facial makeup remover.
Self-foaming pump bottles only. A standard lotion or spray pump will not aerate this formula.
